1.What is the price per session?

If you are paying out of pocket the price is $150. If you are using your in-network benefits you are only responsible for your co-pay after the deductible is met. 

2. How long is a typical session with my therapist?

55 minutes.

3. What if I don’t like/connect with my therapist?

We have multiple therapists available and will match you with another therapist as soon as we can.

4. Do you have Spanish-speaking therapists?

Yes.

5. Do you offer in-person counseling?

No, all sessions are done virtually using different video platforms and we will provide you with a direct link to your session.

6. What kind of sessions do you offer?

Individual, Family, Couples, and Groups counseling sessions.

7. Do you accept Medicaid or NJ Health Insurance?

No, we do not.

8. Can your therapist see people out of the state?

Yes, but you would need to maintain a residence in New Jersey. We are currently working on including other states.

9. How soon can I be seen?

You can schedule your first appointment using the scheduling page and choose an appointment with one of our therapists within 24 to 48 hours.

10. How do I make payment for my session?

Payments are automatically deducted from the credit card that is on file on the day of your session.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours from your session time or you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.

12. Are your therapists certified or specialize in a certain area?

All our therapists are general practitioners, however, they each hold certifications in specific areas of expertise, referred to as specialties.
